Mr. Singh is a mining executive with over 17 years of experience in corporate development, capital markets, project development, engineering and operations. In his last role, he was Vice-President of Engineering & Project Development, and Vice-President of Business Development for Mexican gold producer Timmins Gold, (now Alio Gold Inc. (“Alio Gold”)) where he also served as the company’s Qualified Person. During his five-year tenure with Timmins Gold, Taj was responsible for overseeing the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions strategies of the company, leading the execution of numerous merger and acquisition transactions, including the acquisition of Newstrike Capital Inc. (Ana Paula Project), the acquisition of the Caballo Blanco Project and the acquisition of the El Sauzal process plant from Goldcorp Inc. Most recently Mr. Singh oversaw the completion of the Pre-Feasibility Study for the Ana Paula Project, the primary growth project for Alio Gold. Mr. Singh also has experience with Macquarie Capital Markets as a sell-side gold analyst, with Inco Limited and Vale Limited in operations and is the author of US and European patents in the field of base metal processing. Mr. Singh is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Metallurgical) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Engineering (Metallurgical) from McMaster University.

Mr. L'Abbé is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) and brings over ten years of financial and accounting experience in the mining sector, with a primary focus on Latin American assets. He has held key finance and strategy positions with a number of producing mining companies. Most recently, Mr. L’Abbé served as Director of Finance at Tahoe Resource Inc. (“Tahoe”), where he was involved in the acquisitions of Rio Alto Mining Limited and Lake Shore Gold Corp. He also spent a significant portion of his time with Tahoe in Peru working with the teams at the local offices and on site at the La Arena and Shahuindo mines, as well as in Guatemala at the flagship Escobal mine. Prior to joining Tahoe, Mr. L'Abbé served as VP Finance at Timmins Gold Corp. spending substantial time on site in Mexico at the San Francisco mine. Andreas also worked as a Financial Reporting Analyst for Goldcorp Inc., and worked at the Red Lake Mine in Canada and the Cerro Negro project in Argentina. Before moving to the mining sector, Mr. L'Abbé was a public accountant at Grant Thornton LLP in their Assurance and Business Advisory Services group, working primarily with exploration, development and producing mining clients. Mr. L'Abbé completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of British Columbia and in addition to his native English, is also fluent in Spanish and French.

Roman Solis, Eng. (Geoscience) is an exploration geologist with 20 years experience in exploration and mining in Mexico. He is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of Discovery's exploration activities in Mexico. He has designed and managed multiple early and advanced stage exploration programs over a wide variety of deposit types and has significant experience with carbonate-hosted deposits. From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Solis was Chief Geologist for Alio Gold Inc ("Alio")., where he was in charge of the design, planning and execution of all of Alio's exploration, geological and resource evaluation / delineation work at its properties in Mexico. He was also in charge of block model reconciliation and grade control drilling programs at Alio's San Francisco Mine.

During his career Mr. Solis was also Senior Exploration Geologist at Alio from 2012-2014, before taking on the role of Chief Geologist. From 2011-2012 he held the position of Exploration Manager for Mincore Inc., a privately owned company with copper-gold assets, where he oversaw all exploration activities. Mr. Solis was also Senior Exploration Geologist and Project Manager for Resource Geologic Consulting from 2006 to 2011, where he planned, executed and oversaw field exploration mapping, various drill exploration programs and geological modeling for mine design for various assets in Nevada, Mexico and Chile. He began his career as an exploration geologist at Minera Frisco. Mr. Solis has a Bachelors of Geoscience Engineering from the University of Sonora State, and is a member of the Association of Mining Engineers, Metallurgists and Geologists of Mexico.

Mr. Zajcew has over ten years experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for a number of TSX, TSX.V and CSE listed exploration companies. From 2005 to 2015, he was CFO for Ryan Gold Corp. and Corona Gold Corporation until these companies, along with Eagle Hill Exploration Corp., were acquired by Oban Mining Corp. to form what is now known as Osisko Mining Inc. He was also CFO for a number of other companies such as Odyssey Resources Limited, Cogitore Resources Inc. and AgriMarine Holdings Inc. Mr. Zajcew received his doctorate in Political Science from the University of Toronto in 1998. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2001.

Mr. John is a director of Osisko Mining Inc. (“Osisko Mining”). Prior to retirement in December 2015, Mr.John was President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Resources Limited, a private resource-focused investment company and Managing Director and a portfolio manager with Goodman Investment Counsel, where he was responsible for managing resource and precious metals focused mutual funds and Flow-Through Limited Partnerships. Mr. John is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of both Corona Gold Corporation (“Corona Gold”) and Ryan Gold Corp. (“Ryan Gold”), and a former director of Dundee Precious Metals Inc. and of several other public companies. He has been involved with the resource investment industry since 1992 and has worked as an investment banker, buy-side mining analyst, sell-side mining analyst and portfolio manager. Mr. John graduated from the Camborne School of Mines in 1980 and has extensive industry experience working as a mining engineer for Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd., Nanisivik Mines Ltd. And Eldorado Nuclear Limited. He also received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto in 1992.

Dr. O'Dea is mining industry entrepreneur. A seasoned geologist and deal maker, Dr. O'Dea has built and financed international mining companies from Canada to Africa, taking them from exploration and discovery to development and operations. His companies are built on a common foundation: high-quality, long-life projects with lasting economic opportunities, community benefits and environmental protection. Most recently, Dr. O'Dea co-founded and served as executive chairman of True Gold Mining. After building the Karma Heap Leach Gold Mine in Burkina Faso, West Africa, True Gold was sold to Endeavour Mining in 2016. As co-founder and CEO of Fronteer Gold, Dr. O'Dea grew the company from startup to its 2011 sale to Newmont Mining Corp., a deal that included the spin-out of Liberty Gold. He also co-founded and served as Chairman of True North Nickel and CEO of Aurora Energy, sold to Royal Nickel Corp. and Paladin Energy in 2014 and 2011, respectively. Founder of Oxygen Capital Corp., Dr. O'Dea is currently chairman of Liberty Gold, director of Pure Gold Mining, Discovery Metals, and NexGen Energy. His many honours include EY's Entrepreneur of the YearTM for 2014 in the Pacific mining and metals category, the Globe and Mail's Top 40 Under 40, and the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia's Murray Pezim Award for perseverance and success in financing mineral exploration.

Mr. Parr is a member of the Board of Directors of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. and serves as Audit Committee Chair. He joined Centerra Gold Inc. in 2006, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2008, a position he held until his retirement in 2016. From 1997 to 2006 he worked for Acres International Ltd. as Chief Financial Officer and from 1988 to 1997, held progressively senior financial positions at WMC International Ltd., ultimately serving as the Executive Vice President. Mr. Parr, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA 1984), holds an MBA from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. He has over 30 years of experience in the mining and service provider industries. Mr. Parr is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants, Financial Executives International (FEI Canada), and the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. He has served on the Board of the World Gold Council, Mining Association of Canada and was Vice Chair and Director of the Oakville Economic Development Alliance.

Mr. Vizquerra is currently Executive Vice President of Strategic Development & Director at Osisko Mining. For over four years, Mr. Vizquerra served as the President & CEO of Oban Mining Corp. (“Oban”), where he led the successful change of business strategy that resulted in Oban’s acquisition of Corona Gold, Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. and Ryan Gold to form what is now Osisko Mining. Mr. Vizquerra previously worked as Head of Business Development for Compania de Minas Buenaventura, prior to which he worked as production and exploration geologist at the Red Lake gold mine. He is currently a board member of Alio Gold Inc, Sierra Metals and Discovery Metals. Mr. Vizquerra holds a M.Sc. from Queens University in MINEX, and is a Qualified Person (AIGP). Mr. Vizquerra is currently advancing the General Management Program (GMP) at the Wharton School of Business.

Jesus Hernandez-Garza, Eng.

Mr. Garza holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University Regiomontana located in Monterrey Nuevo León, Mexico, and holds a Masters degree in Environment and administration. He is a principal of Revi Minerals S.A. de C.V., a company dedicated to open pit mining of coal and zinc deposits in Mexico. He has also been involved in the mining of gravel, fluorite and barite in Mexico and has held positions in state and municipal governments where he maintains a number of key government relationships. He is a former geologist with Freeport McMoran at the Puerto Rico Project, where he also held the title of Manager of Social Management. Mr. Garza is a resident of the local Ejido which owns surface rights around the Puerto Rico Project.
